柱面微透镜阵列适用于激光器和高功率LED等多种光源的均匀化处理不同点 方形微透镜阵列, 生成点状光斑,而柱面微透镜阵列生成非高斯线光斑,非常适合从紫外到红外波段的焊接、钻孔或激光烧蚀应用。柱面微透镜阵列可提供未镀膜、可见光-近红外镀膜(VIS-NIR)或紫外-近红外镀膜(UV-NIR)的选项。 此外,该透镜还可用作快轴准直器。
