Arton®塑料非球面透镜是PMMA或聚碳酸酯塑料非球面透镜的理想替代品，是重量敏感和恶劣环境应用的理想选择。典型的塑料基片在较热和潮湿环境中的性能会呈现下降。Arton®是一种聚烯烃热塑性塑料基片，可保持塑料的高透明度和低双折射特性，增加耐热性并降低吸水性。
