线性微透镜阵列采用熔融石英和硅材料基底,由4个或8个透镜组成。硅材料折射率高,可实现短焦距、高数值孔径透镜阵列设计,而熔融石英具有良好的热稳定性和可见光传输,便于对准。线性微透镜阵列用于在光纤到光纤或激光到光纤应用中准直和耦合光纤阵列,例如与半导体激光二极管一起使用。 这些透镜为近红外(NIR)设计了增透镀膜,用于1310和1550nm,是近红外激光器或电信设备的理想选择。
