TECHSPEC® 硒化锌 (ZnSe) 非球面透镜的设计旨在为 10.6µm CO2 激光器提供衍射极限的聚焦性能。这些透镜由 Coherent® 红外硒化锌材料制成,在 10.6µm 波长上的体吸收系数为 <0.0005 cm-1,并具备无镀膜或宽带抗反射镀膜选项,在 8 - 12µm 范围内可提供极佳的透射率。其精密设计使其成为集成到激光系统,热成像组件和 FTIR 器件的理想选择。TECHSPEC® 硒化锌非球面透镜在 10.6µm 波长上的不规则性为 <λ/20,表面质量为 40-20,表面粗糙度 <50Å。
