ZAP-IT®激光校准纸设计用于测试从紫外到红外的脉冲激光的特性。光束特性是通过在光路内手持ZAP-IT®激光校准纸进行记录的。ZAP-IT®激光校准纸非常适合用于校准应用或与激光光学件结合使用,其中包括激光扩束器、光学透镜、光圈、衰减器或功率仪表。对于连续波激光,可以使用机械斩波器或Q开关,或者手动快速地打开和关闭激光,以产生短脉冲。

注意:如果输入光束的直径为 1/4"/6.35mm 或更小,则难以观察到光束特性。如果是这样,可以使用激光扩束器或平凸透镜将光束直径放大。使用平凸透镜时,将ZAP-IT®激光校准纸放置在图像距离为透镜焦距的2.5倍远的位置上。
